Eriskay |
Eriskay is famous to the story made into a film called Whiskey Galore. During the second world war a shop packed with whiskey ran aground in fog and much of the cargo disappeared . So even turns up to this day at auction. It had a lovely catholic church with a boat for a alter. We follow one of Monty Halls walks around the small island and had a drink at Am Politician same name as the ship that sank. We wild camped on the beach only feet from the sea. |
